The Staff at the Airport way are the best. I have with Miss Hazel seen them and they were so good with her that she did not want to go . But the next time we had to go see them would be the last time in her life. I had to do the hardest thing , for shr was 14 yrs old rescure pit . The staff there ade the prosses easy and made sure i understand the whole prosses and took there time and did not rush me throw or off after it was over. I have not been the same from that day , I feel so lost with out her she was my 4 lag child. Again THANK YOU DONEY COE PET CLINNIC AT AIR PORT WAY......

I am truly grateful for their services. I've had all of my cats vaccinated and sterilized there. They fill a much-needed service for low income pet owners!

We have an asthmatic cat. When he first started having problems we took him to an emergency veterinarian each visit costing us nearly $500 that we can't afford. It is such a relief to be able to bring him here instead. Everyone is super supportive and helpful. Get there early, at least an hour, and expect to be there awhile. I'd suggest a chair, umbrella, snacks, book and everything you need to keep your pet comfy. Keep in mind that there is always at least someone that is going to have a dog, possibly a sick dog, that they refuse to control that will want to jump on you, stick it's nose where it doesn't belong and stress out your pet or make them sick, too.

My many thanks to Doney Coe staff. You folks are the greatest. Miss Hollywould sends a huge woof to all of you for getting her on meds to keep her on all 4 paws again. You're the best.

This place is amazing especially when you are homeless with no income and can't afford to pay for your pet to be seen by a vet... The only downfall is that it's only open for a few hours once a week and it's first come first serve. You can stand in that liner hours and if your still in ine when it's time to close, they will close the door and it's pretty much a better luck next week thing

It's really saddening to see the people here leaving 1 star reviews. Everyone I encountered in line for care was facing homelessness, drug addiction, had mental health issues, or were severely stressed because of their financial situation and probably because of their sick pet. I waited 10 hours for service while sitting outside. It sucked, yes. But I didn't pay a dime. Not a single cent. My dog was vomiting blood and senior and for some reason people who had dogs with less severity but appeared much more homeless than I did were walked to the front - this irked me. Luckily I was seen last minute - THANK GOD. Within 20-30 minutes Lara Kreyenhagen was able to diagnose my dogs issue as stomach cancer. She advised me she had weeks left to live. My girl died later that week. Had I not brought my pup here I would have been even more financially devastated, lost, and utterly confused and heartbroken as to how to proceed with her in her final moments. She was administered euthanasia at Veterinary Emergency Clinic and they too did not charge me a dime (even though they pressed the issue for finances). Prior to Lara and Doney Con I had gone from Banfield to Greenwood/Pacific Paws, and North Seattle veterinary clinic. After getting bankrupted and maxing out credit cards my trust in veterinarians had dissipated entirely only to be restored by Lara, Doney Coey, and the folks at Seattle Urban Animal and their funding. I wish I had taken my dog to Lara when she was a pup. All the veterinarians in North Seattle care about is money and they are wildly incompetent let me tell you. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH LARA. Because of you I was able to spend valuable time with my dog before she passed and I am forever in your debt. THANK YOU SO MUCH <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

I don't give 5 stars easily. This place is very helpful caring, inspiring, and a valuable community resource I have needed. The service they provide is benefiting the lives of those in need to live a day better than the day before. Just because I don't have the income today to meet my needs to function for my service dogs total health, doesn't mean I shouldn't have an option. Even the security is kind, and very attentive to a friendly safe place. Thanks for all your time. You are the best, and we thank you. I guess I shouldn't complain that you gave my dog shots without asking me when she already had her shots. And when I found out I stayed as calm as possible but that is not okay
